Bonus Weekend Post- Thanks Dollar Shave Club...Again!

You have to take your hat off to Dollar Shave Club Australia. They started out with an incredibly good video campaign, they have a really good product and they make you feel an important part of the "Club". In fact, they go out of their way to make you feel part of the group.

American Mike, Alejandro
and the Dancing Bear
Earlier, I talked about their Welcome Cards. What you, my reader, do not realise is that "Aussie Mike" (it is not the DSC CEO Mike writing with an Australian accent, but I like to think it is) got in touch with me regarding my feedback. That was really good. Indeed, the company has been consistently proactive to ensure the communication pathway between the company and my blog is open.

So, what do I mean? They have appreciated the feedback about their product that I have provided though this blog. I have appreciated the way they have taken the feedback. I appreciate their humour and they have a great business model supported by great customer service. Follow these guys on Twitter and you will see what I mean.

Although publicly presented as a laid-back, blokey, relaxed organisation you can tell the Dancing Bear Company (so called by me because of the Dancing Bear at the end of their video) runs a smick, efficient and well managed process. Yes, this is a big compliment.

A shiny new Dollar Shave
Club (Australia) cap
So, as you are aware, a couple of weeks ago I stopped being a customer of theirs so I could move onto try -and review- other monthly shaving brands. I was wishing I didn't have to move on. (Yes, okay, you are right. No-one was forcing me). Well, blow my socks off, what do I get in the mail! A gift cap! Thanks, Dollar Shave Club. Greatly appreciated and, as requested, here is the photo of me, the gift hat and the nice SURPRISE card. Cheers!
