Same blade: Trishave not Milk. Shavershop FAIL!

I have finally run out of the excellent Moisturising Shave Milk and have returned to the Trishave 3in1 Anti-Rash Shave Cream Men . The Trishave stuff is alcohol and soap free and has tea-tree oil as one of its ingredients. I really like the Trishave product as it leaves my face feeling clean, and well shaven.

It has been a while since I used the Trishave shaving cream and I was looking forward to seeing how it went with the DollarShaveClub blade that had been used for two-weeks. The results with the Shave Milk was excellent, so Trishave had reasonably high bar to leap....

...which it jumped nicely. Even with the two week old blade, the Trishave product performed to the extremely high level that I have come to expect from Trishave.

Trishave make two sizes of their shave cream, one for home and another for travel. I have found the travel size extremely difficult to find a reliable stockist. I tried a Shaver Shop last week and was told- and how is this for bad service!-

• Me: "Do you have the Trishave shaving cream in the travel size?"
• Shop Person: "No. It's not on our order list so we cannot get it"

That's it! No assistance toward a different product. No offer of help. Not a suggestion of "...but have your tried....?" She might as well have asked me to leave the shop. That's what I did and will not return to that particular Shaver Shop again. ShaverShop- Fail.

I do know that Woolworths stock it and you can purchase through the Trishave website. A few months ago, I had some interactions with their Customer Service section and found them to be outstandingly helpful.
